This is one of Asia’s oldest distilleries for scotch whiskey, founded in the 1820s by Edward Dyer. Toy Train Ride
The Kalka-Shimla toy train travels on a narrow-gauge track and is known for providing spectacular views of the hills and surrounding villages. The train, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, travels through vast green hills and deodar and pine forests. One can travel from Dharampur (10 kilometres from Kasauli) to Barog and back. Barog has a long tunnel that takes three minutes to complete. Tickets can be purchased from IRCTC and other partner websites.
